In 2017, the organization expanded its offerings and transitioned into Grundmeyer Leader Services to better serve the evolving needs of school districts. This expansion included board and administrative retreats, leadership workshops, school marketing support, and social media checks—services that help schools not only find the right leaders but also support and strengthen existing teams and culture.
Today, GLS proudly serves school districts across Iowa, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota, and beyond.
