To further enhance your journey, we've developed our Applicant Insights Workshop. This unique resource provides you with direction and advice through three guided modules, designed to help you navigate the hiring process:
  1. Polishing Your Papers: Gain valuable insights and tips to refine your application documents and ensure you stand out on paper.
  2. Preparing for the Screening: Learn how to prepare for the initial interview, ensuring your strengths are effectively communicated.
  3. Fine-Tuning for the Formal Interview: Get ready for the final interview stages with expert advice on making a lasting impression.

Our workshops include online prep resources, an online seminar, and your choice of a  recorded mock interview, application review or both to help you refine your skills.

You can also choose to just purchase individual modules based on your specific needs. Each module includes video resources from Dr. Trent Grundmeyer, practical tools, and clear steps to guide you along the way. Plus, we’ve integrated new AI-powered tools and resources into the Applicant Insights Modules to further support your journey!

To register for the workshop, simply complete a short survey to customize your experience, pay online below, begin updating your materials with the online modules, and mark your calendar for the Zoom seminar (Start with Step #1). If you are just purchasing a module, skip to Step #2.

Workshops are held on the First Friday of the month via Zoom from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Step 3 - Receive Access to the Online Prep Modules and Begin Updating Your Application Materials
You will receive access via email to the online prep modules. You will also receive a reminder with information about the workshop you selected normally a week in advance.  This will have the Zoom link and some reminders about your specific workshop.  Here are some key steps to get started to make sure you get the most out of this serve and your workshop:
