School Superintendent or Principal Search Options
Marketing Only Option ($2,500): With this package we leverage all GLS marketing outlets to get you the biggest candidate pool possible. Candidates are asked to apply the the local school districts job posting. We will share references and interview questions.
Guided Search Option ($3,500.00): With this package you will find every step of the GLS hiring process laid out and every document available to customize as you need it to conduct the best leader search. All this is available to you by individual step or as an entire process for a portion of the typical full search cost. The steps are all structured in the same order with resources you can count on.
Each step has:
1. A video to explain certain aspects of the process and provides important insights to make the most of the step.
2. A narrative to walk you through each step of the process and provide detailed instructions on how to best use the tools/documents.
3. Many model documents to aid you in your journey for a new district leader that best fits with your desires and goals as a district and community. Most documents are customizable to your district.
Full Search Option (8% of outgoing position salary): With this package I work with the local school board and stakeholder groups to establish desired qualifications in the new school leader. Candidates are actively recruited during the application period based on the qualifications, skills, and experience your districts desires. An interview timeline, protocol, and questions are developed and shared with stakeholders. With this package I am in your district 2-5 times to meet with stakeholder groups and the school board president throughout the interview process. Upon deciding on a successful candidate for your district I serve as a negotiator between the school board and the future leader. A plan is put in place for sharing the news of your new hire with the media. The new hire is provided feedback regarding the needs of the district and coached in developing an entry plan into your district as the new school leader.

School Business Official Search (NEW)
This new service has been added for school districts because of the need to recruit, hire, and training School Business Officials in Iowa. In partnership with ISFIS Inc., school districts can now use Grundmeyer Leader Search to help identify key qualifications that are necessary in a new School Business Official. ISFIC Inc. and Grundmeyer Leader Search will then actively recruit, hire, and train your new School Business Official to make sure they are qualified and prepared to serve your district.
