Grundmeyer Leader Services is pleased to offer Advanced Insights profiles as part of a professional
development program in your school. Advanced Insights includes three very different, yet
complementary profiles; no other tools has the power and depth to assist people in "peeling back the
onion" of themselves. All three profiles have been psychometrically tested and have a high validity
value.
The Advanced Insights profiles and professional support are extremely useful for administrative teams,
School Board relations, teaching staff, support staff, hiring (instruments are EEOC compliant), SIAC, or
any group of people wanting to improve communication and raise the level of collegiality. A program
also exists for high school age students to assist them in better understanding their talents as they plan
for their future, e.g., course selection, vocational path, etc.
Advanced Insights profiles have been used in the
business world for years and now is being offered for school; multiple schools are currently using the
tools in various capacities, including but not limited to Des Moines, Van Meter, Interstate 35, and Aurora
(Illinois). Grundmeyer Leader Services is a partner with Results Group, LLC
(https://resultsgroupllc.com/), the North American provider of the profiles and services; these tools are
available only through Results Group, LLC and Grundmeyer Leader Services.
The three profiles include the following:
DISC - measures how others observe you
Values Index - measures what motivates you
Attributes Index - measures the order in which your brain processes information
The power of Advanced Insights is the combination of all three profiles. No other profile offers the
depth of these three profiles when interpreting and implementing results together. Action plans can be
developed from the results.
The first step in the process is for participants to complete the three profiles online through a unique
link sent to identified participants; completion of the online profiles usually takes 20-30 minutes.
Results are then emailed to the individual, GLS facilitator, and lead person in the district (if requested).
The report is 70+ pages of results, explanations, identification of desired modes of communication,
potential blind spots in approaching situations, and a plethora of other things - the report is filled with
extremely useful data. After completion of the profiles, time with a GLS facilitator is scheduled to
review results and give participants a deeper understanding of the data provided. Activities are planned
to facilitate interaction and collegiality between participants - always referencing data provided by the
Advanced Insights profiles. Debriefing sessions typically would require 2-4 hours but can be
personalized for individual districts.
