Administrative Team or Board Retreat Service

For an agreed upon fee, Trent and one of the other GLS Consultants will work with you to facilitate your administrative retreat or board retreat.  This is normally a 1-3 day event.  GLS can facilitate part or all of the retreat depending on your desired outcomes. Most retreat include topics like understanding your ADVanced Insights Profile to be an effective team, communication strategies for the team, communication conversations between the new superintendent and school board, decision-making matrix, and goals or evaluation discussions.
